a) Information You Provide to Us:

  • Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. You may optionally provide your phone number and emergency contacts.
  • Profile Information: You can add further information to your profile, such as an avatar.
  • Horse Information: We collect information you provide about your horses, including name, breed, date of birth, gender, health records (such as vaccinations, vet visits, farrier visits), feeding plans, and other custom data fields you or your stable operator define.
  • Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription or add credits, we use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle the transaction. We do not store your credit card details but may store a record of the transaction, your Stripe customer ID, and your subscription status.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you.

b) Information We Collect Automatically:

  • Ride Data: When you use the ride tracking feature in our App, we collect sensor data from your mobile device, including GPS coordinates, timestamps, accelerometer data, and gyroscope data. This is used to provide ride statistics and power our AI motion analysis.
  • Usage Information: We collect information about your activity on the Services, such as booking history, features you use, and interaction with the user interface.
  • Device and Log Information: We collect log information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including the booking calendar, health logs, and payment systems.
  • Process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices.
  • Personalize your experience, such as showing relevant information for your selected stable.
  • Provide AI-Powered Motion Analysis: We use historical and real-time ride data to analyze gait patterns, identify potential health issues, and generate personalized recommendations for training and recovery.
  • Communicate with you, including sending technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Send you notifications about your bookings, tasks, and health reminders, based on your notification preferences.

4. How We Share Your Information

Your privacy is paramount. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Other Users (As Directed by You): As a core feature of the service, you have granular control over your data. A Horse Owner can grant specific access rights to other users like a Sharer or Trainer, allowing them to view horse data or make bookings on their behalf.
  • With Your Stable Operator: If you are a member of a stable, the Stable Operator of that stable will have access to information necessary to manage the stable, such as your user profile, your horse's profile, bookings, and feeding plans.
  • With Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers who need access to your information to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting (Google Cloud), and infrastructure services.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. All sensitive information, such as API keys and database credentials, is stored securely in Google Secret Manager. We retain your personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. If you choose to delete your account, we will initiate a **permanent deletion** of your personal and associated data from our systems.

You have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can manage your profile information and notification settings directly within the App. For other requests, please contact us.
